For spectacular scenery there are several places to visit. Two options are Farrans Lookout which is 6km along the road to Corryong and the other is the Southern Cloud Memorial, north of Tooma in NSW.

Visit Burrowa-Pine Mountain National Park for its vegetation, animal and bird life. A little known fact of Pine Mountain is that it is the largest monolith in the Southern Hemisphere, being 1.5 times bigger than Uluru!

The river has a reputation for trout and Murray Cod, paddle a canoe, drop a line - what a life.

Visit the historic Waltons Tintaldra General Store which was built in 1864. It was the first substantial dwelling at Tintaldra and represented the nucleus around which the town was to grow. Today if features a craft shop and museum section with a collection of artefacts and historic photographs. Another historic building is the Tintaldra Hotel, built in 1874.
